As a Korean, it was a truly proud craze.

The Squid game series continues to this day.

I think it was when my daughter had just started elementary school when the first Squid game came out.

I’m going to tell you about how my mom, a designer, begged me to make her clothes, and it took about two months for me to finally get them made.

Back then, all my kids wore the Squid game training suits.

Sometimes, the clothes I found online or in stores were of such poor quality that I hesitated to buy them for my daughter.

But after all, my mom is a designer. ^^

First, I chose cotton jersey fabric, assuming it would be worn casually.

I chose a cotton fabric that had been well-washed and treated with a tentacle treatment. As a result, it ended up being a bit more expensive than regular jersey fabric.

I made costumes for three people: my daughter, her friend, and her friend’s older brother.

First, I made my daughter and her friend’s pants in their original colors, while my friend’s older brother’s pants were made in black with a red base.

There wasn’t much of a difference in other aspects. However, for the pants that the kids would wear comfortably, I added a little design.

I added a color blocking pattern to the back of the pants and made them look like semi-straight pants in the front.

If I had written down some details back then, I would have had more to talk about now.

I took photos of them like a growth album, and looking back now, they look so young and cute. ^^

After taking these photos, my daughter wore them like a uniform.
