Korean designers introduce Korean fashion and culture.

The story of making a T-shirt

It’s already been a year. I have a few photos of my work at Heyri.

The painting I did at the very front of the photo with “Keep Smile”

was something I did out of boredom, but someone bought it, saying it was unique.

I always feel this way: clothing is so commonplace, with so many different designs and price points.

The pieces that resonated with customers always had something special.

Whether it was older, my age, or younger,

regardless of gender, the pieces sold because they had a unique reason for buying them.

The most challenging part is that customers prefer unique and adventurous designs that are safe.

It’s ironic. Being unique while staying safe is truly challenging.

I wish I could release only the products I want, but I can’t help but consider my family’s financial situation when I’m making clothes. So, when sales aren’t good, I sometimes end up resenting customers. And that’s how 20 years have passed.

Right now, the line I absolutely adhere to is quality. And a reasonable price. That’s the Maginot Line I strive to maintain.

That’s why I really like the name “Designer is Crazy.”
